Program Development Lead

Ilana Nina de Oliveira holds a BA in Geography and Environment from PUC-Rio, she has worked in the environmental field since 2003, gaining extensive experience in topics such as Agroecology, Permaculture and Nature-Based Solutions as well as in managing environmental projects and programs. She worked for over nine years at the Brazilian Biodiversity Fund (FUNBIO), managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary portfolios and is currently a member of the 3rd cohort of the Columbia Women's Leadership Network Program, offered by Columbia University to train women leaders in Brazil. At the Land Innovation Fund, Ilana is a Program Development Expert responsible for the Fund's content creation, funding strategy, and partnerships.
