Brazil is developing a protocol to produce certified low-carbon soy, scheduled to come into force in 2025, led by Embrapa. Achieving a positive result, however, will demand major efforts to raise awareness and provide technical training for professionals throughout the chain, especially for on-farm workers.

Já Entendi Agro proposes to increase the supply of skilled labor by training people on a flexible scale, suitable for those with less schooling. The company will run a training campaign on sustainable practices for farmworkers throughout 2024, called Agro para todos (Agro for all), for everyone from field workers to the farm's operational staff.

This startup in education technology for agribusiness will organize six short courses, each 25 minutes long, with a total of 30 video lessons. The courses will be accessible online/offline on the "JÁ ENTENDI AGRO" app, and certificates will be issued. The scope of the courses will be co-created with farmers, researchers and organizations involved in the PSSC, with a focus on adopting sustainable agricultural practices and techniques that can lead to the issuance of an Embrapa "Low Carbon Soy" label.

The content of the courses will be scientifically curated by ESALQ university professors and researchers, and strategically supported by AgroPlus, a private technical assistance program coordinated by ABIOVE with 70 consultants present on more than 6,000 farms in the country.
